What You'll Achieve
Drive Brand Growth & Strategy: Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive annual marketing and brand growth plans, ensuring total alignment with strategic guidelines.
Pioneer Innovation: Coordinate the launch of exciting brand innovations across sales channels and implement robust innovation plans.
Master Market Dynamics: Analyze market data, competitors, and consumer feedback to identify new business opportunities and anticipate emerging industry trends, keeping our category ahead of the curve.
Optimize Product Portfolios: Propose strategic modifications to the brand portfolio, ensuring continuous improvement and perfect adaptation to evolving user needs and expectations.
Lead High-Impact Communication: Coordinate dynamic brand communication plans with external agencies to amplify market presence and resonate with the target audience.
Maximize Digital & Financial Performance: Measure, analyze, and monitor marketing actions with a focus on digital channels, while taking ownership of the category budget control to ensure maximum efficiency.
Who You AreThe Essentials (Must Have):
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG Marketing team.
Proven expertise in Competitive and Market Analysis, Project Management, Communication, and Digital Marketing.
Hands‐on experience with analytical tools such as IRI, Nielsen, or Circana.
Exceptional language skills: C1 level in English and fluency (C2) in Spanish.
A highly analytical, goal‐oriented mindset with strong problem‐solving and proactive decision‐making abilities.
An agile, collaborative, and fast‐moving team player with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
The Plus (Nice to Have):
Master's Degree in Market Research, Marketing, or an MBA.
Previous experience in brand management within convenience channels is highly valued.
