Experteer Overview In this role, you will consolidate and analyze logistics performance across sites to drive operational excellence. Working under the central head of operations, you’ll produce reliable KPIs, lead performance rituals, and provide insights to steer transformation plans. You will monitor local warehouse performance and support daily operational monitoring through governance and dashboards. This position offers a meaningful chance to shape continuous improvement and ensure data-driven decision making across the logistics network.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Consolidate, calculate, and update logistics KPIs for all sites to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Lead performance routines such as cadence reviews, governance meetings, and site coordination
- Define dashboard governance and RACI in coordination with the Head of Logistics Digital & Processes
- Monitor local warehouse performance, analyze trends, identify gaps, and propose data-driven improvement actions
- Maintain performance documentation: KPI definitions, calculation rules, reporting calendars, governance timelines
- Provide performance inputs to transformation plans, including baselines, impact assessments, and tracking of transformation KPIsResponsabilidades
- Professional experience in performance management or logistics
- Strong data analysis and KPI management skills
- Ability to drive improvements through data-driven insights
