**Role overview**:
we are seeking a Head of Sales with proven experience in commercial leadership, a strong client portfolio, and in-depth knowledge of key collaboration models such as CPA, CPC, fee-based structures, and digital marketing strategies.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining key clients.
- Identify and manage strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and relevant partners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to maximize results through affiliate campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze and optimize metrics and KPIs, including CPA and CPC, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities based on market trends and consumer behavior.
**Your profile**:
- Proven experience in a similar role leading sales strategies.
- Extensive client portfolio in relevant sectors.
- Advanced knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and monetization models such as CPA and CPC.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and data analysis skills.
