In this Analytics & Insights Manager Specialist role, you’ll support a global procurement function by turning data into value, guiding governance, and building analytics capabilities. You will drive data-driven decision making, collaborate with procurement, finance, and analytics teams, and advocate for AI adoption to improve data quality and insights. You’ll work across projects to deliver timely, reliable analytics outputs in a user-friendly format, shaping procurement solutions at scale. This is a chance to influence how data unlocks business impact within Roche’s mission to improve patient access to healthcare.

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in business management, data science/analytics, finance, or related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in analytics or data science
• Experience with analytics visualization xpzdshu tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Thoughtspot)
• SQL and ETL experience
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and requirements
• Experience collaborating across teams to meet customer needs
• Curiosity, active listening, openness to experimentation and continuous learning
• Open-minded and inclusive approach with willingness to share knowledge
• Business-level English; German beneficial
