Pixie has close to 20 years of experience in IT staffing in Europe and the US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and Web. After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the development of the Polish market.
Responsibilities
1. Prospecting, building, developing, and managing your client portfolio.
2. Qualifying, recruiting, and following up with freelance consultants.
(70% sales / 30% recruitment)

* Minimum of 2 years experience in building your own client portfolio.
* Enjoys prospecting and cold calling.
* Native Polish speaker, fluent in English.

Interview Process
1. Interview with TA team — 30 minutes.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager — 30-minute video call.
