**Position Summary / Mission****Core Responsibilities*** Implement the **GMA Medical Excellence strategy and operational framework**, ensuring effective tactical planning and execution.* **Ensure Medical Excellence** across teams to deliver global medical strategies and impactful plans.* **Align goals and priorities** for the Derma franchise across GMA to ensure consistency and collaboration.* Enable **co-creation and co-execution** of medical strategies.* **Support Field Medical (MSL) Excellence** by establishing a high-performing customer-focused MSL model (training plan, compliance measurement, and KPIs).* **Lead capability-building and upskilling initiatives** for in-field teams (MSLs), including training programs, performance metrics, and best practice sharing to enhance scientific engagement and medical engagement impact.* **Ensure flawless medical execution across countries and the GMA team,** maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency.* Ensure that all G**MA deliverables are achieved within budget, with the highest standard of quality, and in compliance** with all applicable quality processes, external requirements, ethical standards, and business needs.* **Identify, share, and implement best practices**;
