Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Barcelona, with the option for occasional work from home. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's presence within the assigned region. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing key clients, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong relationship-building and client management skills
Analytical skills for market research and strategic decision-making
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to lead regional teams and work collaboratively
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
Experience in the relevant industry or a related field is a plus
