Your main role involves providing direct technical support to internal and external customers regarding product/application information, product selection, and special quotations. This includes addressing technical inquiries, offering solutions, reviewing design and quote documentation, and ensuring that technical aspects align with the clients' needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare timely and accurate technical quotations based on customer requirements, as well as proactive offerings of value-added alternatives/solutions for the customer.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations teams during the process.
* Develop and continuously improve bid processes and tools.
* Evaluate proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization's quality standards.
* Analyze feedback from clients and prospects on submitted bids and tenders to continuously improve our processes and offerings.
* Ensure the proper transfer of documentation to the Project team after award.
* Provide feedback to the product management team on highly requested special features.
* Visit customers on demand for technical support to the commercial team (Sales).
Minimum Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience.
* Knowledge of the pump, water, electric, or related industry.
* Proficiency in French and English languages is appreciated.
* Spanish is a required language skill.
* The ability to navigate a matrix and multicultural organization.
