a specialization in Aeronautics is highly desirableMinimum of 10 years' experience in the aerospace industry, including at least 5 years in leadership roles within production environmentsIn-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing systems, with strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Quality Management standards (., EN9100, Part 21G, OT, OQ, OC)Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with solid experience in project management, teams management, risks management, problems resolution and effective cross-functional communicationProven success in the industrialization and ramp-up of complex aerospace structures and componentsFluent in English (minimum C1 level);
