Your role and work environment:
We seek a Finance Business Partner to support the Retail business in ING Spain in achieving commercial and financial targets while aligning with our overall strategy.
You will have an end-to-end perspective of the business, including income, pricing, expenses, balances, profitability, and performance ratios. Your role involves comparing our long-term vision with current performance and market trends to initiate new strategic initiatives. You will also prepare regular financial updates for Product Leadership and key stakeholders to monitor performance.
This position offers a dynamic environment with exposure to senior leaders, growth opportunities, and impactful work. You will receive close support from your manager for your duties and professional development.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a link between Finance and other areas, ensuring strategy and financial goals are shared and embraced as one team.
* Understanding, monitoring, and forecasting business performance, including control and analysis of actual figures and market trends.
* Forecasting and anticipating business developments in collaboration with leaders.
* Setting mid-term budgets with clear targets and KPIs.
* Developing and refining financial models based on in-depth business knowledge.
* Supporting business stakeholders with ad hoc analyses, insights, and strategic proposals.
* Translating analyses into concise presentations, strategy papers, and performance reports.
* Participating in local committees such as ALCO and Pricing.
What are we looking for?
Technical and analytical skills:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in banking or consulting.
* Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Advanced financial modeling and Excel automation skills.
* High autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
* Strong cooperation and communication skills, with the ability to work internationally.
