This position reports to: Local Division Manager __ Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Field Service team with full accountability of running the day-to-day field service activities and to overachieve customer expectations.
\n
Each day, you will create, implement, and review field service operations strategies for designated area(s) based on the general service business strategy.
\n
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer focus, understanding sense of urgency, and care in your area of responsibility.
\n
Work model: This role is contributing to the Motion Service division (Motors, generators and drives) in Spain.
\n
Main stakeholders are Industrial customers as well as the Field Service Engineers, Sales Engineers and Administration personnel.You will be mainly accountable for: Coordinating the field services team activities, balancing workload and personal life.
\n
Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer service experience in field service activities.
\n
Driving continuous improvement of field service quality, enabling a first time-right implementation.
\n
Steering performance of the field service activities by following up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving corrective actions based on them.
\n
Guiding a continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence in your area of responsibility.
\n

Qualifications for the Role Degree in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering or equivalent Professional Education.
\n
You have 5 years of experience in managing teams of field service engineers, coordinating their schedule as well as their professional development.
\n
You enjoy working with drives, motors and generators and have a general overview of all types of industries (power generation, oil and gas, chemical industry, metal industry, cement, water, food and beverage, etc.) You are engaged in collaborating with sales and backend support departments, taking care of customer needs in front line, with the curiosity required to find new ways of improving and delivering service excellence.

Ability to demonstrate your experience in servicing electrical powertrains, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining motors and generators.
\n
Highly skilled in electrical testing equipment.
\n
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office 365, PowerApps (PowerBI, Power Automate, Planner), SAP You are passionate about helping customers to solve their problems and continuous improvement You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
\n
You hold current driving license valid in Spain and VISA/work permit valid in Spain.
