Your Mission & Impact
As a Junior IT Project Coordinator, you will support international IT projects within the Iberia scope, contributing to project monitoring, documentation, and reporting. Your work will help ensure proper execution and visibility of technology initiatives across the organization.
What We're Looking For
* 1 to 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or similar roles.
* Interest or background in IT and technology-driven environments.
* Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently within international projects.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience preparing reports, documentation, and follow-up materials.
* Proactive and resolutive attitude, with willingness to support project needs.
* Ability to collaborate within multicultural and international teams.
* Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
What You'll Do
* Carry out assigned tasks and activities in international IT projects within the Iberia region.
* Monitor the implementation and progress of projects related to the company's technologies.
* Prepare reports tracking the evolution of services and projects.
* Generate and manage project documentation and administrative procedures.
* Support and respond to requests related to technological activities within group projects.
* Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to assist different stakeholders.
