Acting as Senior BA across payment transformation and integration projectsDriving functional analysis across API, H2 H (Host-to-Host), SFTP connectivity modelsWorking with ISO 20022 (pain.001, pain.002, pain.008, camt.052/053/054), MT101, MT199, SEPADefining & executing UAT, overseeing defect triage and resolutionTranslating business requirements into functional specs, user stories & process modelsLeading workshops with senior stakeholders and external partnersCollaborating with Architecture, Payments Ops, Compliance & IT teamsMentoring junior analysts and representing BA in steering committees What we're looking for
7+ years in Financial Services4+ years focused on international payments, cash management or treasury systemsStrong hands-on experience with ISO 20022, CBPR+, MT messages & SEPAExperience with API and Host-to-Host integration modelsKnowledge of PSD2, TARGET2, T2 SExperience working in Agile environments (JIRA, Confluence)Fluent English & Spanish (both required ) Nice to have
