Job Overview
We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to manage DuPont's foreign exchange transactions and exposures across global markets. Responsibilities include executing currency trades, optimizing FX hedge strategies, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions to support our financial goals and strategic initiatives globally.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Execute trades accurately and timely according to company policies, including FX trades supporting on-shore markets, Net Monetary Asset Hedge Program, spot trades, and investment trades for excess cash.
2. Optimize interest income, balance counterparty risk, and coordinate new counterparty setups.
3. Manage legal entity funding transactions such as intercompany borrowing, lending, dividends, and external borrowings.
4. Act as backup for other dealer activities.
5. Collaborate with teams like cash position and forecast, regional cash planners, capital markets, EGL process owners, and derivative accountants.
6. Prepare reports including monthly FX trade summaries, dashboards, and internal/external reports for controls and filings.
7. Monitor financial markets for FX and rates, assessing impacts on our programs.
8. Continuously seek process and system improvements, evaluate new investment options, and propose trade strategies based on market trends.
Job Qualifications
* 5+ years of treasury or accounting experience.
* Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, and advanced Excel modeling is desirable.
* Financial sensitivity and reporting skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Knowledge of Quantum, T, Bloomberg systems is a plus.
* Flexible working hours to support US operations.
