YOUR ROLE
Act as the
first point of contact
for German customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking.Support
customers via phone and e-mail communication.Engage
customers with expert knowledge of products and services.Increase customer
satisfaction
and
loyalty
through friendly and professional service.Collaborate
as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.
YOUR SKILLS
Full
proficiency
in German and fluent English skills.Strong
passion for service
and enjoyment in assisting customers.Minimum of 1 year
experience
in a similar role.Previous
experience
working with MS Office.Willingness to work
remotely
from home, available Monday to Sunday.
