Experteer Overview In this role, you will help clients align technology strategy with execution within Bain's Technology Delivery Guild. You’ll drive large-scale tech transformations, optimize architectures, and integrate AI to enable digital change. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver value through structured PMO approaches and actionable insights. This is a hands-on role with a focus on delivery, governance, and client impact in a collaborative, inclusive culture. You’ll be at the center of transforming clients’ tech landscapes while growing with seasoned teams.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Align technology strategy with implementation across client and third-party teams - Improve client processes and operations during large technology transformations - Support and manage large-scale transformation programs to deliver strategic outcomes - Implement project management strategies—scope, schedule, budget—and monitor progress - Identify issues, formulate hypotheses, analyze data, and present recommendations to decision-makers - Move clients to action by planning and executing strategic recommendations - Mentor junior team members - Participate in end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects - Establish and implement PMO tools (Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX) and onboard teams - Prepare project deliverables, reports, and workshop materials - Document risks and progress;
communicate effectivelywith project teams and stakeholders - Stay current with trends and best practices in project management - Facilitate client interviews, focus groups, and workshops - Collaborate to ensure timely delivery and value realization - Assist in preparing compelling business proposals and deliverables - Bridge software/systems knowledge with business leadership requirements - Travel as required for project needsResponsabilidades - Bachelor's degree (preferred fields listed) - 3+ years in consulting, startup, or tech-enabled environments - Strong knowledge of IT operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud, process excellence, and business integration - Experience with project management methodologies and governance in large IT transformations - Familiarity with PMO tools and best practices in process improvement and risk management - Ability to present deliverables and insights to decision-makers - Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Fluency in English - Travel requiredRequisitos principales -
