The Mission
Your goal is to significantly enhance app visibility and conversion performance on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. You won't just be executing; you will be the central point of contact, orchestrating strategies and supervising external agencies to ensure excellence.
Your Core Responsibilities:
* Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute comprehensive ASO strategies, conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor benchmarking.
* Agency Management: Coordinate and supervise external ASO agencies, validating their proposals and ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
* Data-Driven Optimization: Ownership of app store listing optimization (metadata) and initiating A/B testing cycles for visual assets.
* Performance Analytics: Monitor key metrics, investigate performance fluctuations, and deliver clear, actionable insights to Marketing, Product, and Performance teams.
* Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the long-term ASO roadmap and suggest proactive process enhancements.
Who You Are (Requirements)
* ASO Expertise: 3+ years of solid experience in App Store Optimization for both iOS and Android, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
* Agency Coordination: Proven ability to manage and supervise external agencies and multi-market strategies.
* Analytical Power: Strong ability to interpret data and translate trends into clear recommendations.
* Tool Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Sensor Tower, (App Annie), or similar platforms.
* Communication: Professional proficiency in English (C1 minimum) for international collaboration.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with A/B testing platforms for visual assets (icons, screenshots).
* Deep understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem and CRO best practices.
