Role Summary
The Demand Generation Insights Analyst turns complex data into clear, actionable insights that fuel our demand‑generation and pipeline‑growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Data, Insights & Reporting
* Build, optimize, and maintain advanced dashboards (Power BI, Excel) covering pipeline health, source contribution, and campaign outcomes.
* Analyze pipeline maturity and quality trends, providing leadership with concise, actionable recommendations.
* Monitor performance KPIs and raise risks or opportunities early, ensuring smooth execution across the demand engine.
* Automate and streamline recurring reporting using Power BI, and Excel programming (advanced formulas, macros, data modeling).
Collaboration & Business Partnership
* Work closely with Digital Campaign Managers, SDE Managers, Sales Operations to support tactical and strategic initiatives.
* Contribute to cross‑functional projects that improve transparency, consistency, and measurement of our marketing and sales activities.
Operational Excellence
* Identify process inefficiencies and proactively propose improvements across reporting, tools, and workflows.
* Drive standardization and best practices for data usage within the demand generation ecosystem.
* Support continuous enhancement of the data and tool landscape, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Preferred Experience & Skills
Technical Expertise
* Expert‑level Excel skills, including:
o Advanced formulas & functions
o Power Query/DAX
o Data modeling
o VBA/macro automation (or equivalent automation experience)
o Complex dataset manipulation
* Strong Power BI experience, including:
o Dashboard design and optimization
o Data modeling
o Building automated and scalable reporting solutions
* Knowledge of SAP systems, Modelyzr, Crystal Records, D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, SAC, Outreach, Salescreen or similar platforms (nice to have).
Business Acumen & Mindset
* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex topics.
* Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable advising managers based on data‑driven insights.
* Curious, growth‑oriented, and eager to challenge processes to drive operational excellence.
* Excellent communicator who adapts insights to different audiences.
* Collaborative and comfortable working across digital, sales, and operations teams.
Other Requirements
* Based in Barcelona, Spain (mandatory)
* Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
* University degree in Business, Data, Digital Transformation, IT, or related disciplines not older than 2 years. Graduation early 2026 is also accepted.
