As a Senior Production Owner, you will be responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. Will perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend new and novel solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This is an opportunity to bring a combination of deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis knowledge of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support to a wide range of complex production environment problems related to immense growth, scaling, leveraging the cloud, extremely high performance, and high availability requirements. 
**Responsibilities** 
Identifies solutions in Technical Infrastructure support and server administration in a mid-sized environment; 
And administering and troubleshooting issues with messaging middleware and message brokers. 
Knowledge of enterprise platforms. 
Desire to keep up with modern technology and make recommendations. Knowledge of network architecture and protocols. 
Experience with enterprise administrative scripting using a major scripting language and experience with software deployment. 
Keep CernerWorks client systems running at peak performance with the primary objectives of client satisfaction, incident free and system uptime. 
Maintain, monitor, and manage client systems, and serve as key technical contact for the client 
Analyze, troubleshoot and improve system performance 
Analyze technical issues related to implementation of new technologies or customization of existing technologies 
Consult on technical environment and hardware configuration decisions 
Facilitate client incident response 
Lead weekly meetings with clients 
Support environment and domain planning and management 
Develop and manage overall client technical project roadmap and domain strategy 
Plan, manage and execute client tech currency upgrades, patching and maintenance activities 
Support problem management activities and provide on-call incident management support for clients 
Facilitate and drive client issues and risks, engaging with internal teams to drive and resolve incidents 
Participate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute client and solution vision, objectives, and strategy 
Mentor junior members of the team 
**Basic Qualifications** 
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. 
Must have 5+ years or more working with Cerner Millenium Solutions including Infrastructure support and server administration; supporting and troubleshooting distributed systems 
Must be Fluent in English as clients supported by this role are based in the UK. 
Managed services/Hosting services 
Proficient with task management utilities, Agile operations, JIRA 
Preferred Qualifications 
- At least 1+ years of experience and a solid understanding of database technologies 
- At least 5+ years system administration, system engineering work experience 
**Expectations** 
Travel may be required in accordance with business needs. 
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed 
Willing to work on call shifts as needed
