AI Factory Operations & Tools Manager
Responsibilities
* Manage and evolve the operational tooling ecosystem used across the AI Factory environment.
* Support and coordinate platforms related to project and service management, CRM and operational tracking, GitLab and collaborative development environments, documentation and knowledge management platforms, reporting and KPI monitoring systems, workflow orchestration and operational automation tools.
* Support operational adoption of advanced AI platforms such as IBM Watsonx, AI copilots and assistants, process automation solutions, and AI‑enabled operational tools.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using AI technologies.
* Design and improve operational workflows to increase efficiency, traceability, and scalability.
* Collaborate with technical and operational teams to improve internal processes and tooling integrations.
* Support internal BSC operational platforms and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate tooling configurations, user onboarding, permissions, documentation, and operational support.
* Act as a bridge between operational, technical, and innovation teams.
* Contribute to the evolution of AI‑native operational practices inside the AI Factory ecosystem.
* Support experimentation and integration of emerging AI productivity tools and intelligent operational systems.
* Document workflows, operational practices, tooling standards, and process guidelines.
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, Digital Transformation, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience working with operational or project management platforms and coordinating digital tools and workflows in complex environments.
* Familiarity with collaborative platforms such as GitLab, CRM systems, project management tools, or similar ecosystems.
* Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in operational or technical environments.
* Strong organizational and process‑oriented mindset.
* Experience with automation tools and AI‑enabled productivity platforms.
* Exposure to AI copilots, generative AI tools, or enterprise AI ecosystems.
* Familiarity with workflow automation, process optimization, or operational digitalisation initiatives.
* Exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as IBM Watsonx is considered a plus.
* Basic understanding of software development workflows and collaborative technical environments.
* Experience supporting internal operational transformation initiatives.

Conditions & Benefits
* Location: BSC Director’s Department.
* Full‑time contract (35 h/week) with flexible working hours, extensive training plan, restaurant tickets, private health insurance, and relocation support.
* Open‑ended contract.
* Holidays: 22 days + 6 personal days + 24th and 31st December per collective agreement.
* Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
* Starting date: 01/06/2026.
