We are looking for a CSP & Brand Execution Specialist to join our Personal Care team, supporting the Deodorants and Skin Cleansing categories. This role is a great opportunity to work closely with iconic brands and contribute to the development and flawless execution of marketing and channel strategies. You will support the implementation of category and brand plans, ensuring best in class activation at the point of sale and working collaboratively with multifunctional teams. Definition, together with the Trade Category Manager, of the short-, medium-, and long-term strategy for the company’s brands within the assigned category, focusing on point-of-sale execution. Manage execution of multi-category projects and ensure alignment with overall Personal Care strategy. Adapt the category strategy to each channel (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Discounters, Drug, eCommerce), identifying specific needs and execution priorities. Activation of the strategy through key trade marketing levers: assortment, promotion, and in-store activation. Setting, analysis, and post-evaluation of KPIs to measure and assess the results of the defined strategy and activation plans. Definition and control of the brand activation plan, aligned with the brand strategy. Ensuring excellence and flawless in-store execution of developed activation plans. Monitoring product stock for each brand, coordinating all necessary handling operations to meet customer service needs, in collaboration with the Logistics team. Collaboration with key suppliers for the execution of predefined activation plans: design agencies, printers, in-store activation agencies, direct marketing agencies, etc. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, CMI, Legal, and external agencies. Manage the Trade Marketing budget for Deodorants & Skin Cleansing. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field. 1–3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Customer/Shopper Marketing, Category Development, or Sales. Strong understanding of retail dynamics, promotional planning, and executional excellence.
