Join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales and Bid Manager Service (m/f/d) in the Sustainable Energy Systems sector! In this role, you will lead all phases of the sales process, leveraging your proven negotiation skills and passion for innovative technologies.
You will collaborate closely with New Unit Sales to identify and develop service scopes for customer projects, ensuring their success. Your responsibility includes evaluating customer requirements in RfQs or Rfls and crafting suitable service concepts.
You will also nurture long-term relationships with existing SES customers and support Service Project Managers in preparing and calculating additional scopes and upsells. Together, we will drive energy transformation efforts!

5. You will actively support regional sales in creating, calculating, and negotiating service contracts worldwide.
6. You will effectively moderate and negotiate challenging discussions to achieve desired outcomes.
7. You will make informed decisions on sales projects based on technical requirements and contractual terms.
8. You will continuously assess risks and opportunities with team members from bid to handover.
What You Bring
9. A Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical/chemical field or economics.
10. Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales and bid management, ideally in electrolysis or related industries.
11. Professional experience with Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) or Operation and Maintenance (O&M), and proven track record in managing complex sales processes, including bids and tender management.
12. Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
13. A passion for renewables and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
14. Fluent English, both written and spoken;
additional languages are a plus.
15. Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
