The role involves two types of Statements of Work (SOW): /pullibBAU (Business as Usual): /b Operate, maintain, and provide KPIs. /lilibInitiatives/Projects: /b Participate in deployments and related activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDaily operation, monitoring, and support of cybersecurity tools and platforms. /liliExecute routine tasks such as health checks, log reviews, service alert triage, and basic troubleshooting of security systems. /liliManage incident response workflows, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution in coordination with engineering and architecture teams. /liliEnsure proper updates, documentation, and adherence to established operational procedures. /liliSupport user and access management activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Skills Experience: /b /pulliMinimum b4 years of experience /b in IT or security operations, operating security tools. /liliStrong technical security tooling capabilities and ITIL baseline knowledge (Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request, Monitoring Alerts). /liliIT knowledge including: /lilibOperating Systems: /b Windows Server, Linux distributions, MacOS workstations. /lilibNetworking: /b Communication protocols and tools. /liliFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid working models. /liliExperience with ITIL lifecycle and processes. /liliKnowledge of project/operation management tools (Jira, Confluence) and KPI/SLA extraction. /liliHands-on experience with security products and managed security services: /liliEDR /liliWAF /liliNAC /liliVulnerability scanning and management /liliSecure email solutions /liliStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. /liliAnalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. /lilibEnglish proficiency: /b Fluent oral and written (C1 level). /li /ul
