Your Mission
Act as a trusted advisor to SMB clients — turning business goals into scalable advertising strategies and long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect -pitch - close
Identify and engage high-potential SMB clients (outbound + inbound leads)
Present tailored ad solutions (Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, Video Ads)
Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising clients
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance via Salesforce
Collaborate with BDR teams to optimize lead quality
Requirements
Dutch or German (B2+) + English (B2+)
Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management
Strong outbound prospecting and closing skills
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to translate data into compelling business narratives
Target-driven and commercially focused mindset
Compensation
Monthly:
€2,200 – €2,600 gross + bonus
Annual:
€26,710 – €31,000 gross (base + up to €4,290 bonus)
