About SIMBIM SIMBIM is a Spain-based specialist in BIM, AECO digital transformation, ISO 19650 consulting, software distribution, implementation, training, and technical support. We work with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and organisations adopting digital workflows in the built environment.

This is not a generic sales role. We sell specialised software and services to professional clients who expect technical accuracy, fast follow-up, CRM discipline, and commercial maturity.

Why we are hiring We need immediate commercial capacity to maintain and grow our sales operation in Spain. The role is urgent and operationally important. Candidates needing basic sales training, CRM discipline training, or an introduction to B2B software sales are not the target profile.

Role title B2B Software Sales Executive — BIM / AECO Software Distribution

Location 100% remote, Spain-based only.
You must currently live in Spain and be legally able to work under a Spanish employment contract. Contract

Probation period subject to applicable Convenio and contract classification
8,000–€18,000 gross annual target, linked to documented sales KPIs, CRM hygiene, pipeline quality, closed deals, and retention-related commercial outcomes.

Final salary depends on demonstrated B2B software sales capability, Spanish market experience, and ability to operate independently.

What you will do You will own the daily commercial execution of SIMBIM’s software distribution and related service sales pipeline.

Manage qualified leads and opportunities in CapsuleCRM.
Follow up with prospects, customers, and software partner opportunities.
Qualify leads based on need, urgency, budget, decision process, and fit.
Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals.
Maintain accurate CRM records with no missing follow-up trail.
Represent SIMBIM professionally in calls, demos, online meetings, and written communication.
B2B sales process.
Difference between lead, qualified opportunity, proposal, forecast, and closed deal.
CRM discipline.
Pipeline stages and probability.
Commercial qualification.
Basic software subscription / licence sales logic.
Working remotely without disappearing.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, IT, architecture software, engineering software, construction technology, BIM, CAD, or technical services.
Proven experience using a CRM.
Ability to write professional commercial emails in English and Spanish.
Ability to run structured client calls in English and Spanish.
Evidence of sales targets, quota, pipeline ownership, or closed revenue.
BIM software
CAD / AEC / AECO tools
Architecture, engineering, construction, or digital construction sector
Software distribution
Channel partner sales
Graphisoft, Archicad, Bluebeam, Solibri, BIMcollab, Autodesk ecosystem, or similar tools

You have only retail, hospitality, insurance, telecom shop, door-to-door, or generic customer service experience.
You cannot explain your previous sales KPIs.
You have never worked with a CRM.
You need daily supervision to follow up leads.
You do not understand B2B software sales.
You cannot write a clear commercial email in English and Spanish.

Performance KPIs The role will be measured using documented KPIs, including:
Qualified pipeline value.
CRM completeness.
Monthly sales reporting accuracy.
Activity quality, not raw activity theatre.

SIMBIM’s internal KPI system already defines sales pipeline management, customer success, CRM ownership, and GAR thresholds as part of its Organisational Policy. Sales KPIs include Qualified Pipeline Volume and Deals Closed per Month, tracked through CapsuleCRM.

Remote work expectations This role is remote, but not invisible.
Keep CRM updated daily.
Provide end-of-day or weekly commercial reporting when requested.
