We are looking for a Business Development Intern will support BOLD's commercial activities across both divisions, gaining hands-on exposure to senior leadership, strategic decision-making, and customer engagement.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, technology, and business, offering the opportunity to work on some of the most advanced electrification and engineering programs in Motorsports and modern Defense.
The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and works closely with the CEO and the broader commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the commercial team with bid writing and proposal preparation
Assist C-level executives with market studies, business case analysis, and customer presentations
Support the preparation and coordination of customer visits and meetings
Contribute to commercial documentation, competitive analysis, and opportunity tracking
Participate in internal coordination between engineering, technology, and commercial teams
Occasionally travel to industry tradeshows and events, primarily in Europe

Profile & Requirements
Background in Business Studies or similar business-focused degree
Strong interest in the business of engineering services and advanced vehicle technologies
Interest in working with cutting-edge programs in Defense and Motorsports
Ability to understand and adapt to the different business models of technology/product development and engineering services
Excellent command of English, with prior exposure to UK and/or US professional cultures considered a strong plus
