The Green Recruitment Company is currently searching for a Aerothermal Engineer – Business Development Focus to join a leading renewable energy platform in Spain.We are looking for a primarily technical engineering profile, ideally with solid experience in aerothermal systems, who also brings some exposure to commercial or client-facing activities.The core of the role is engineering expertise: understanding client needs, designing technical solutions, sizing systems, and supporting project execution. Commercial skills are important, but secondary to the technical background.Responsibilities:Act as the technical reference during the sales process, supporting negotiations with credible engineering expertise.Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with industrial, commercial, and tertiary clients for aerothermal and energy efficiency solutions.Analyse client requirements and prepare tailored technical proposals, including system sizing, feasibility studies, and solution design.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.Manage projects from technical proposal stage through implementation.Build long-term relationships with clients, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners.Requirements:Engineering degree, ideally in Mechanical, Energy, HVAC, or similar disciplines.Proven experience with aerothermal / heat pump systems and technical sizing.Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrification, and energy efficiency solutions.Some commercial, business development, or client management experience.Able to manage projects end-to-end with a hands-on and execution-oriented mindset.Autonomous, structured, and target-driven.Fluent Spanish and English.Additional Information:The role requires frequent travel across Spain (approximately 50–70%).
