Role: Business Process & Tool Implementation Project Manager
The Opportunity
Are you passionate about improving internal processes, implementing smart tools, and collaborating across departments? At Kube, we're looking for a Project Manager to lead key tool implementations (CRM, ATS, ERP, etc.) and process optimization initiatives that support our international growth.
You’ll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations), playing a central role in making our internal operations more efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. We're looking for someone who is strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects from concept to completion.
What will you be doing?
Project & Tool Implementation
Lead end-to-end implementation of internal systems (CRM, ERP, ATS, etc.)
Build detailed project plans with timelines, resources, milestones, and risk mitigation
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery on time and within scope
Process Optimization
Analyze and document current workflows and identify inefficiencies
Design scalable, efficient processes aligned with business needs
Align practices across departments to ensure consistency and usability
Change Management & Adoption
Support tool adoption through training, documentation, and follow-up
Gather feedback post-implementation and continuously improve workflows
Ensure clear communication and buy-in from all stakeholders
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a bridge between business teams, tech teams, and vendors
Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
Reporting & Evaluation
Monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets
Assess ROI and business impact of implemented tools and improvements

What we’re looking for
Experience in consulting or similar environments, managing cross-functional projects
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday.com, Asana, etc.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with process mapping and implementation of digital tools
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies — certification is a strong plus
French fluent + fluent English, Spanish would be a plus
Based in Barcelona or eligible to work in Spain (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
