From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are looking for an Expansion Manager to manage the Expansion strategy of this company in Spain and Portugal, and manage the current accounts within these countries. Please note that this role can be based anywhere in Spain.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Lisbon and Munich.
Responsibilities
* Search and identification of suitable new store locations.
* Independent review, monitoring, and negotiation of lease agreements for existing and new properties
* Preparation of meaningful location analyses
* Intensive maintenance and establishment of contacts with brokers, center operators, landlords, and owners
* Working hand to hand with the CEO and Country Manager to develop the best strategy for Spain and Portugal
