Main responsibilities
* Organising and preparing the mise en place before service.
* Carrying out front‑of‑house service: taking orders, upselling, and providing personalised tables service.
* Handling payments and cash register closing procedures.
* Stock control and placing orders.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.
Requirements
Do you identify with the following qualities?
* Passion for gastronomy and customer service.
* Dynamism and initiative.
* At least 1 year of experience working as awaiter/waitress in dynamic dining‐room services.
You will stand out if you:
* Have formal or non‑formal training in Gastronomy.
* Have an intermediate level of Basque and English (B2 level).
* Are a creative person who enjoys teamwork.
