Experteer Overview
In this role you support Airbus Defence and Space flight activities in Getafe, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate flight tests planning, dispatch, and documentation, while liaising with stakeholders to prepare test campaigns. You’ll operate test support means and assist crewmembers with licenses and currency, contributing to safe, compliant flight operations in a defence context. This position offers hands-on involvement in complex test campaigns and cross-functional collaboration within a mission-driven team.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support flight activities execution (test areas, flight plans, permits, slots, weather, NOTAM, documentation) while ensuring safety and compliance
• Prepare and manage flight tests dispatch and ensure documentation readiness (onboard and regulatory authorizations)
• Follow up test execution to improve efficiency, maturity and safety
• Prepare and coordinate all aspects of a test campaign
• Operate test support means (telemetry, radio) for flight tests
• Screen and optimize test requests and planning in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support crewmembers in licenses, qualification and currency with internal procedures
• Assist with flight services invoicing and controlling using SAP tools
• Be aware of compliance risks and act with integrity in all processes
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in flight services/support or similar flight testing environment
• Experience with Airbus Defence and Space internal procedures
• Proficiency with SAP tools for invoicing and controlling
• Knowledge of regulatory flight authorizations, flight plans, NOTAMs and related documentation
• Experience operating test support equipment (telemetry, radio) and handling flight test logistics
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage test campaigns
