We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.🔎 What are we looking for?We are looking for a Compute Infrastructure Service Owner to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients.📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:- Manage and oversee IT Compute / Data Center infrastructure services.- Ensure service availability, performance, and compliance with agreed SLAs.- Coordinate and govern external vendors and service providers.- Monitor infrastructure KPIs and prepare regular management reports (Power BI).- Review recurring billing and support cost control activities.- Maintain accurate CMDB, asset, and configuration information.- Participate in change management processes and CAB meetings.- Ensure infrastructure services follow company policies, standards, and security requirements.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.💡 What UST expects from you?- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Data Center / Compute environments.- Strong background in IT Infrastructure and Operations.- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and outsourcing contracts, preferably with Data Center providers.- Knowledge of CMDB, Asset and Configuration Management.- Experience reviewing billing and service performance from external vendors.- Ability to work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders.- Experience creating management reports, ideally using Power BI and Excel.- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management (CAB).- University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.- ITIL v3 certification.- Project management experience.- Willingness and availability to travel within Europe.- Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.📍 Work location100% remote within Spain.⏰ Work scheduleBusiness Hours.
