Branch Manager — ES-08130 Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, Barcelona areaAufgabenResponsible for our logistic HUB in Santa Perpetua. Coordinating a team of 15 employees (Warehouse and Administration) to ensure high customer satisfaction and competitiveness. Development of our warehouse and transport organisation in Spain.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet- Functional and disciplinary management of your team
- Key‑figure‑based management with a request to optimise processes
- Support and development of existing customers, as well as participation in acquiring potential new customers
- Preparation of quotes for new business in warehousing and transportation
- Management of external service providers
- Budgeting and reporting to the management
Profil- A university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a completed advanced vocational training program (Formación Competente de Grado Superior), ideally in logistics and transportation.
- Several years of practical experience in the operational management of a warehouse/contract logistics site or experience in comparable industry.
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in developing new client business, including preparing proposals
- Knowledge of the design and costing of warehouse/intralogistics solutions as well as the onboarding of new customers
- Empathetic and communicative personality
- Ability to solve problems based on KPIs and to implement improvement measures
- Good English and Spanish skills and strong affinity for IT
