An international investment fund is seeking to strengthen its Barcelona office with the addition of an M&A; Analyst.
The Analyst will work closely with the M&A; Associate, providing key support in the drafting and structuring of investment materials — including investment memorandums, teasers, and related documentation. While not directly part of the investment team, this role is critical in producing high-quality materials that underpin investment decisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and structured, with a strong interest in the narrative and strategic aspects of investing.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and structure investment memorandums, teasers, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct company, sector, and market research to support investment rationale.
- Collaborate with the investment team to gather relevant information for each deal.
- Maintain and update investment documentation as the pipeline evolves.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
- Proven experience drafting and structuring investment memorandums and related materials.
- Full professional fluency in English;
additional European languages are an asset.
- International exposure and experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and structured approach.
- Team-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and motivation to learn.
