International iGaming operator is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee Customer Support, Payments and Fraud operations from its growing Melilla hub.
This is a fully onsite role focused on team leadership, operational performance, escalations, and day-to-day management within a fast-paced casino environment.
Candidates must have:
* Strong iGaming operations/customer support experience
* Exposure to Payments, Fraud or Player Operations
* Team management experience
* Fluent Spanish and English
* Salary circa 55k
Location:
* Based in Melilla OR
* Open to relocate (accommodation provided by potential employer) OR
* Able to travel weekly onsite from Malaga/Madrid
