We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Level 1 IT Support to join our team. As a Level 1 IT Support you will be in charge of assisting the group’s technical infrastructure.
Your Journey - Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, networks).
- Assist users with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), ERP and PMS platforms, and general SaaS tools used by the company.
