Responsibilities
Directly reporting to the Quality Manager of the production plant:
You will be responsible for one or more customer accounts, being the visible face of the company and transferring their needs and requirements internally to the business.
You will take part on the definition of the quality strategy and lead some of the initiatives and work teams created to achieve the specific objectives defined, aligned with that strategy.
You will lead the actions defined to solve and close the quality claims or incidents related to your customers, ensuring that they are effective, with the least possible impact on the operations.
The experience you will bring (Requirement):
Previous experience as a Process Engineer, Internal Quality Engineer, or Customer Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
Advanced proficiency in quality core tools.
Strong knowledge of advanced problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, PDCA, etc.).
Excellent communication skills.
Strong decision-making ability.
Ability to lead teams and influence others without direct managerial authority.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
