Key Responsibilities:
* Help shape our partnerships strategy and lead its execution.
* Source, negotiate, and close channel partnerships, from identifying shared-value opportunities to signing agreements.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to launch and grow scalable partnerships that directly impact revenue and new logo acquisition.
* Manage and grow existing partner relationships to drive maximum value for Tn-Spain and our partners.
* Build repeatable processes and create a framework to evaluate, onboard, and grow future channel partnerships.
Requirements:
* Ambitious individual network in the Spanish market looking to innovate.
* Understanding of payment systems and digital solutions.
* Proven experience selling complex enterprise solutions and/or payment services to both working-level and senior executive decision-makers.
* Ability to manage time-sensitive projects with minimal supervision.
* Ability to analyze client needs deeply and provide strategic insights.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
* Proficient in English & Spanish.
