How you will create an impact :
1. Collaborate with and consult stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend application enhancements, and drive the adoption of best practices.
2. Participate in strategic planning to align application services with business goals, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
3. Oversee configuration and maintenance of various business applications (ideally contract lifecycle management, Global Service Desk), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
4. Provide advanced technical support to end users, addressing and resolving application related issues on agreed service level agreements.
5. Develop and deliver training sessions for end users (in collaboration with our Learning & Skill development team), create detailed documentation, and maintain up to date knowledge bases.
