Bring the Noise, a leading Spanish festivals operator with seven well-established live music events in the North-West region of Spain (Galicia, Asturias and Cantabria), is looking for a new addition to its team in the Booking Department as Backoffice. What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field from a reputed institution
Expert Google Sheets/Excel user with ability to manipulate large volumes of data
Fluent or advanced proficiency in English both speaking and writing
Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a small team
Excellent organization and time management skills
A strong knowledge and passion for music would be a plus.
ROLES
Organizing everything related to contracts, invoices, settlements and documentation of artists and their related companies.
Creation and update of internal databases, calendars and various documents.
Collection of contacts, artist asset management, venue availabilities, monitor of ongoing conversations, meeting notes, etc
Assistance and closely work to the booking team in general daily tasks within the department to ensure the success of the company
