IE Business School, one of the leading global educational institutions, is seeking a Regional Director to lead the expansion, business development, and delivery of our AMP (Advanced Management Program) in the Valencia and Murcia regions.
This role will be key in promoting and positioning the AMP programs in these areas, establishing strategic relationships with companies, generating qualified leads, ensuring excellent program execution, and performing cross-selling with other Executive Education programs.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Valencia or Murcia. This role is 100% remote.
Your role as Associate Director will involve:
Business Development:
* Identify and establish business relationships with companies in the Valencia and Murcia regions to promote IE Business School’s AMP programs.
* Create and execute strategies to attract qualified leads through marketing and networking activities.
* Manage and expand the network of contacts with executives and HR managers of key companies in the region.
Corporate Relationship Management:
* Develop strategic partnerships with companies seeking to train their executives and employees through AMP programs.
* Manage and nurture long-term relationships with companies, ensuring their satisfaction and commitment to the offered programs.
Lead Generation:
* Actively prospect new leads in the region and convert them into enrollment opportunities for the AMP programs.
* Organize events, webinars, and networking activities to enhance the visibility of AMP programs in the region.
Cross-Selling Programs:
* Identify cross-selling opportunities with other Executive Education programs from IE Business School for companies and participants.
* Promote other relevant executive training programs to companies and executives, broadening the reach of IE Business School’s educational services in the region.
* Collaborate closely with other program teams to ensure a tailored and comprehensive offer for clients.
Program Delivery:
* Supervise the execution of AMP programs in the region, ensuring high service quality and compliance with IE Business School standards.
* Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure proper program delivery.
* Ensure that the needs and expectations of participants and companies are effectively met during the program implementation.
* Manage logistics of the AMP programs in the region, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Analysis and Reporting:
* Conduct regular analysis of commercial activities in the region and report to management on progress towards sales and business development goals.
* Implement data-driven strategies to improve sales results and customer acquisition.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Professional Experience:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate relationship management, or delivery of training programs, preferably in the education or executive training sector.
* Experience in managing and executing educational or training programs.
* Experience in cross-selling or promoting multiple programs within an educational product portfolio.
Skills and Competencies:
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
* In-depth knowledge of the business environment and market in the Valencia and Murcia regions.
* Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and offer comprehensive solutions.
* Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Academic Background:
* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields. A postgraduate degree from a prestigious university is a plus.
Languages:
* Spanish (mandatory).
* Knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
