We’re looking for a passionate AI Chatbot Engineer (LLMs & NLP) - (FULLREMOTEMust reside in Spain)? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.
The role involves building conversational AI solutions and collaborating with an international team.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
* Experience developing conversational AI applications.
* Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++.
* Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning.
* Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
* Familiarity with open-source ML tools (e.g., Hugging Face).
* Experience with Generative AI models such as GPT or other LLMs.
* Knowledge of AI model evaluation and testing, especially for GenAI systems.
* Innovative mindset and interest in staying current with emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy conversational AI solutions using leading platforms (e.g., Cognigy, Salesforce, Microsoft, Google).
* Apply Generative AI, NLP, and ML techniques to improve virtual assistants.
* Research and integrate new AI advancements (e.g., Agentic AI).
* Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate new ideas.
* Assess AI tools and solutions and recommend improvements.
* Perform specialized testing (prompt engineering, response quality, safety, and ethics).
* Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
* Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of AI applications.
