As Junior Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Manager in the management of an excellent day to day business and management of the sales activity of our wholesalers, as well as the fulfillment of the campaign goals. This involves maintaining the customer contacts, coordinating and managing the sales campaigns with the customers, monitoring the daily forecast/budget, as well as in the management of day to day incidents.

**Your Role Highlights - Your Responsibilities**
**Client Management**:
- You will control the fulfillment of daily and weekly Budget / Forecast.
- You will support the implementation of the client strategies in the day to day business.
- You will ensure the fulfilment of agreed sales programs.
**_ _**Client service and development as well as daily sales business**:
- ** Manage daily sales operations**
- You will support the Sales Manager with solutions/proposals in case of excess quantities and shortages for the assigned client.
- You will manage weekly assortment and price agreements according to the budget/forecast.
- You will carry out a weekly preparation of promotional proposals in cooperation with the product managers.
- You will manage any claims that may occur.
- You will inform the customers of delays, excess quantities, or shortages.
- You will reconcile customer settlements and forward information to back office as needed.
- You will coordinate with other SL departments for the day-to-day business.
- You will monitor and improve the claim rate.
- You will manage refused goods together with Sales Manager.
- You will solve and manage any commercial issue related to the sales activity.
- **Process optimization**:
- You will support the continuous improvement of running of smooth processes in daily operations (internally and externally).
- **Customer relations**
- You will support the SM during customer visits and the corresponding preparation when needed.
- You will strengthen our customer relationship in the day-to-day business guaranteeing an excellent service.
Additionally, you will perform all the above tasks ensuring optimal conditions of safety and quality of the product.
- Higher studies in wholesale and foreign trade merchant. Ideally, studies in economics, business administration or similar
- Language skills are as important as communication skills: you are fluent in **Spanish**, and **German**. English is a plus.
- At least **1 year of professional experience** in a similar sales position
- **Good knowledge of MS Office** (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Sales talent, organizational skills, ability to work in a team, numerical skills, negotiation skills
