With around 27,000 permanent employees, we have principal operations around the world and sales in over 100 countries. /p pstrong About the role /strong /p p The HR Development Engagement Specialist ensures the effective execution of HR processes at plant level, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees. /pp The role contributes to talent development, operational training, employee engagement, internal communication, and the promotion of an ethical and inclusive culture within an industrial manufacturing environment. /p pb Key Responsabilities /b /p pb1. Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning /b /pulli Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operators, technical profiles, and interns. /lili Publish vacancies on LinkedIn and other relevant job platforms. /lili Conduct CV screening and competency-based interviews. /lili Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. /lili Participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives. /lili Collaborate with managers on workforce planning and staffing needs. /li /ul pb2. Learning Development, Training /b /pulli Identify training needs in coordination with department managers. /lili Design, together with production supervisors, structured training packages per position to support onboarding and internal mobility. /lili Monitor individual development plans and succession initiatives. /lili Coordinate and support Local Leadership Development training programs. /lili Ensure operational training is properly planned and delivered /li /ul pb3. Internal Communication Culture /b /pulli Support corporate initiatives (e.g., Ethics Compliance Week, internal campaigns, global programs). /lili Monitor and align with the global communication plan through monthly coordination meetings. /lili Organize round tables and participative sessions with plant employees. /lili Promote the ethical decision-making model and Code of Conduct. /lili Drive employee engagement initiatives, including the annual Engagement Survey and implementation of action plans derived from results. /lili Participate in the Social Committee and organize plant events. /lili Manage the internal recognition program (Clap Programme). /li /ul pb4. Employee Relations Work Environment /b /pulli Provide support in employee relations management within an industrial setting. /lili Participate in meetings with employee representatives. /lili Monitor workplace climate and manage conflict resolution. /lili Contribute to the Equality Committee and diversity initiatives. /li /ul pb5. Cross-Functional Projects HR Governance /b /pulli Participate in HR process improvement projects. /lili Support internal and external audits. Ensure LD procedures are up to date and properly executed, being representative for HR in external auditor /lili Contribute to employer branding initiatives. /lili Prepare HR reports and KPIs. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /p ulli Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field. /lili Master’s Degree in Human Resources is a plus. /lili3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment. /lili Experience working with blue-collar employees and shift-based operations. /lili Strong people orientation and approachability. /lili Clear and effective communication skills. /lili Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. /lili High level of confidentiality and professional ethics. /lili Proactive and autonomous mindset. /lili Ability to manage complex situations in a fast-paced production environment. /lili English B2 /li /ul pb What we offer /b /p ulli The opportunity to grow in an international and dynamic environment /lili Competitive salary + variable compensation /lili Flexible working hours /lili Life insurance provided by company /lili Optional medical insurance managed by company /lili Meal benefits (canteen) /li /ul
