Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Lead OpenTelemetry Developer!
Responsibilities include:
* Develop OpenTelemetry-Based Solutions: Integrate OpenTelemetry with various observability platforms.
* Write Documentation: Create comprehensive guides for users to instrument applications and utilize observability tools.
* Improve Application Observability: Build dashboards and guide monitoring practices using OpenTelemetry components.
* Teach and Promote Best Practices: Educate teams on OpenTelemetry, semantic conventions, and related technologies.
* Lead and Coach Teams: Provide guidance on monitoring and observability best practices.
* Develop Monitoring Frameworks: Create end-to-end flow monitoring and alerting solutions.
* Automate Upgrades and Change Management: Enhance stability and reliability through automation.
* Instrumentation Expertise: Proficiency in at least one supported programming language and familiarity with others like Python, Java, Go, PowerShell, .NET.
* Passion for Observability: Share knowledge via documentation and blogs.
* Technical Skills: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Honeycomb, and Java instrumentation techniques.
* Reliability and Production Management: Maintain high availability and stability.
* Operational Risk Management: Apply risk awareness to develop resilient solutions, especially in financial contexts.
* Security Knowledge: Experience with SSO, LDAP, Kerberos, Windows AD, etc.
* Automation and Efficiency: Proven track record in automating workflows and reducing manual effort.
