We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve success. You'll leverage Rossum's state-of-the-art AI and intuitive UI to eliminate unnecessary paperwork and streamline workflows, working closely with customers to understand their unique needs and guide them through any technical challenges.


The Role

You'll be responsible for:

1. Being the customers' main technical contact throughout their contract.
2. Project managing complex customer projects involving multiple parties with different skill sets and needs.
3. Collaborating with the Customer Experience and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
4. Consulting with the Rossum product team on continuous platform improvements and advocating for customer views.
5. Adjusting and configuring customer accounts to optimize user experience, leveraging tools like the Calculations extension.
6. Performing basic scripting in Python to support customer solutions.

Our team values great communication, technical solutioning, and a knack for understanding customer needs and pain points. In this role, you'll directly contribute to Rossum's mission by ensuring our clients successfully leverage our AI to eliminate paperwork and accelerate their processes.

You will work closely with customers to understand their technical and business needs, collaborating with the Customer Experience and Sales teams to ensure seamless delivery. You will also act as a key advocate for customer views by consulting with the Rossum product team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insight into how companies of various sizes, industries, and regions undergo back-office transformation, directly impacting their efficiency.

* You have experience with SaaS products, including API, integration, configuration, and customization.
