Overview
Spendbase is a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup helping companies take control of their spending. With our all-in-one platform, businesses can manage SaaS subscriptions, cloud costs, and corporate cards in one place — bringing clarity and control to company expenses.
We are looking for a GTM Spain to support our growth in the Spanish market. The ideal candidate is a Spanish native speaker with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience and a strong background in high-volume outbound sales. You are energetic, resilient, and motivated by targets, with the ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline and convert opportunities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive high-volume outbound prospecting in the Spanish market
* Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
* Conduct product demos and communicate clear value propositions to finance leaders and decision-makers
* Maintain an active and healthy pipeline with consistent follow-ups
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
* Collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS
* Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales
* Strong communication and objection-handling skills
* Spanish native speaker with professional-level English
* Highly proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable with KPIs
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

* Experience selling fintech or financial SaaS solutions
* Experience working with mid-market clients
* Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM systems
