We are partnering with a general leader in industrial machinery for the food processing industry, looking to hire a Sales Manager to drive growth across Northwest Spain and Portugal, with a strong focus on the seafood sector.
This is a high-impact, field-based commercial role combining technical sales, business development, and key account management in a fast-moving industrial environment.
You will take full ownership of your territory, working closely with food processors, plant managers, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency, hygiene, and production performance.
Identify and win new business opportunities across food & seafood processing Deliver consultative, value-based sales at plant and management level Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Proven experience in B2B technical sales (machinery, food processing, packaging, automation, or similar) Comfortable operating in industrial/plant environments High level of autonomy, drive, and commercial ownership Spanish (fluent) Portuguese (highly valued) English (professional level)
