About the Opportunity: Head of Marketing (B2B SaaS)At Nuclio Talent, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to join a fast-growing, international SaaS company focused on sustainability within the hospitality industry.What will be your responsibilities as Head of Marketing?- Define, build, and protect the brand narrative, ensuring a strong and consistent tone of voice across all channels- Develop and execute a global content and social media strategy (SEO, blog, newsletters, social platforms) to position the company as a thought leader in ESG and hospitality- Design and manage high-impact webinars and international events as key lead generation channels- Lead and coordinate paid media and digital marketing strategies (in collaboration with external agencies), ensuring strong ROI and alignment with business goals- Work closely with Founders and Sales to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns and strategies based on dataWhat skills do you need to be considered for this role?- 4+ years of experience leading marketing in a startup or scale-up environment- Proven track record of scaling a brand from low awareness to strong market positioning- Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on attitude (“doer” profile)- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics (AI, ESG, regulation) into clear and engaging content- Native or C2 level of English (mandatory)- International mindset;
