Position Overview
We are looking for a Station Fleet Manager to lead, manage, and optimize fleet operations. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day oversight of fleet assets, ensuring efficient operations, timely maintenance, and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Human Management: Lead and develop fleet staff, including maintenance agents, to meet performance goals aligned with station targets and company values. Train staff on customer service standards, procedures, and service level agreements. Conduct safety meetings and log compliance with safety protocols.
- Daily Fleet Operations: Oversee timely repair and servicing of vehicles according to company and manufacturer guidelines. Review reservations, returns, and fleet status daily to maintain operational efficiency. Manage damage assessment documentation and approvals. Seek process improvements to optimize vehicle servicing, in‑fleet preparation, and disposal. Provide monthly reports on mechanic productivity, attendance, and consumable inventory usage.
- Internal and External Relations: Coordinate with external personnel such as Return, Service, and Ready Line agents to maintain smooth operational flow. Build strong relationships with local OEM dealerships, service providers, and vendors. Collaborate with General Manager, Operations Managers, and other team members to provide fleet status updates and operational insights. Manage collision repairs by liaising with vendors and monitoring repair timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills focused on operational efficiency and customer service.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving, especially regarding vehicle repairs and inventory.
